Howell has been wonderful to work with! I had no previous experience with braces and when my oldest was referred I didn't know what to expect. They were so patient with me and answered all of my questions--even the ones I didn't think to ask! I love the way they encourage and support my daughter to help teach her how to properly care for her braces-highly recommend! We have been here for all our kids!

This place I love! I literally would go to lunch with Wendy for fun all the time- love her. I love the doctor! Dr Howell is hilarious. He made my daughter feel so comfortable and made it so easy!!! Love his office. The staff are so friendly I would NOT go to any other orthodontist! They made such a expensive procedure not so horrible. Love love love them! Seriously love them! 😍

Howell Orthodontics was very helpful in getting a replacement retainer made when we moved to Boise. We've been pleased with their care since then. Our daughter will be getting her braces with them next month, and she's very excited about their rewards program.

We have been going to Howell for a couple of months now, and I have to say that I am extremely impressed! The facility is really clean and cheerfully decorated, and the staff is really kind and professional. They have been patient with my daughter and carefully explained everything to her at every step so she would be comfortable.I really appreciate the payment plans they offered, with reasonable prices for services. Dr. Howell is very personable and kind as well. I really can't say enough about how impressed I am with this place. Things are far different from when I had work done as a kid!

We feel so blessed to have been referred to Dr. Howell. He’s not just a great orthodontist, he’s an incredibly kind, generous, and compassionate person. My daughter was nervous and excited to start orthodontic work and Howells has been everything we needed and more. She’s excited to come, she feels heard, she feels safe and she understands the steps and processes. From the receptionists, the assistants, to Dr. Howell himself it has been an incredible experience. The staff is very professional, explained everything to my son about getting braces, informed me (the parent) of my part financially and the different payment options, showed my son the plan with the braces and how they will help, explained their rewards program with my son (very nice that they have this extra incentive). The thing that I am most impressed with is they were able to get us in right away and they made plans to get him started right away. They didn't hold any information back and yet they presented their expectations. I look forward to continuing to work with them.

The whole team at Howell ortho. was great with my daughter. I loved how Wendy asked her questions about her teeth to make her feel like she was part of the decision making. Wendy showed her what was going to be placed in her mouth and how it worked. Dr. Howell was very pleasant and was great with my daughter. He also made my daughter feel included. Wendy also gave her a tour of the facility. The girl who installed the mouth expander was very nice and knew a lot about them since she had one when she was little. She answered all my questions and she was great with my daughter too. Explaining everything to her about what they were going to do, which made her feel more comfortable. I would highly recommend.

Went in one morning to chat about treatment options for my daughter and ended up leaving with braces (the SAME day!)! I did not expect this and yet the office staff checked our insurance, figured out what would still be owed and payment options. It was such a smooth and stress-free process. We left having a very positive experience and would recommend them to anyone considering using them as a provider.

Absolutely love the Howell orthodontics, they are absolutely amazing people. Our oldest daughter came here and has a beautiful smile. Yesterday was our first visit to Howell Orthodontics - a consultation with scans and imaging etc. From the moment we walked in we felt like VIP’s! The office is beautiful with a fun alcove for the kids to play in. The service is fast, organized and streamlined. The staff is the very best part!! We ended up speaking with many of them and they are knowledgeable, helpful, positive and made you feel like part of the family! We now have a treatment plan and Dr. Howell (celebrity that he is) was amazing. Everyone goes above and beyond and truly cares. One thing I really appreciate about this office is that they explained things - I don’t know what I don’t know but I want to do right for my kiddos. We just started our second child at Howell and have nothing but wonderful things to say about them. The quality and professionalism of the office and staff are excellent. The staff are so friendly and personable that both of my teens report back enjoying their visits. They are quick to get you in office if there is a problem they need to fix. They are also best at responding when you reach out to schedule. Compared to several other offices they got back to me the fastest and it was an individual from the office, not a bot. Would recommend Howell Orthodontics again and again!!! We are currently with our FIFTH child in braces through them and we LOVE them! They are so fun and warm and help the kids with the anxiety of braces. They set the kids up for success! The hat pictures with Dr. Howell or caramel apple at the end are always a plus! And they are there for us with any and all problems that may arise. Best orthodontist in town!!!
