Geri has been with Howell Orthodontics since 2014, living her dream of helping people achieve their smile goals! She started as an assistant, worked as the marketing director on the side, became a TC and is now the Practice Manager. When Geri isn’t at work you can find her on the boat soaking up the sun, visiting grandkids, or doing homework – she’s getting her bachelor’s degree in Marriage and Family Science. Somehow, Geri still finds the time to record her podcast, Under His Wings, that she does with her best friends of over thirty years!
Susan was hired as our very first Treatment Coordinator in 2010 and has loved every minute of her time here at Howell Orthodontics! Now one of our beloved Patient Coordinators, Susan has been in nearly every role here at the office. She has made it her mission to ensure that everyone has an excellent experience from start to finish. She cherishes the relationships she has built with coworkers and patients & their families. Susan loves to hike, (especially in the Sawtooth Mountains), travel, try new restaurants, read, and make memories with her family, which includes her husband, Scott, their 7 children, 4 grandchildren, and their labradoodle, Stanley (Oh, Stanley!) Something outstanding about Susan is that she has lived in Japan and France and speaks French beautifully!
Wendy joined our team in June 2022 and has never looked back. As a Treatment Coordinator, she loves meeting all the different people who come into her office. She knows that a smile is universal and is excited to help each person get a confident smile that they want to share with everyone they encounter. Wendy and her family moved to Boise in 2010 and they have absolutely loved discovering all the beauty and adventure that’s here in Idaho. Wendy loves climbing rocks and if there’s a space in one that’s big enough to crawl into, you can bet she’ll be in it! She loves movies and ice cream, and if she can enjoy them at the same time, even better! It may be hard to believe, but Wendy has never had a broken bone, a bloody nose, or a bee sting!
Nicole became one of our orthodontic assistants in June 2023 and now works as a Treatment Coordinator. Nicole is always ready with a smile and can easily bring some laughter to any situation. She considers her husband and kids her treasure and cherishes every minute she has with them. Nicole loves flowers and gardening, and would love to be able to spend more time watching birds and critters. Nicole loves cats and even attracts them when she’s across the globe in Jerusalem!
Vanessa has been at Howell Orthodontics for twelve years! Born and raised in Puerto Rico, Vanessa is bilingual and loves coming to work and helping our many Spanish speaking patients. She loves seeing smiles beautifully transformed every day. Vanessa loves spending time with her family and friends, and has a passion for singing and dancing. In her spare time she enjoys going on walks with her husband and their two canine fur babies, Emmy and Luna. If you can believe it, when Vanessa was a child, she was on a TV game show in Puerto Rico and won a mini oven that actually worked!
Anna has been with Howell Orthodontics since 2023. As our Scheduling Coordinator, she loves getting to say hi to patients when they come in. She is always ready with a quick-witted joke and she is a great listener! Anna loves spending time outside in the sunshine. She loves animals and pets of all kinds! If you love Disney, Anna is your girl! Some of her favorite vacations have been at Disneyland and she loves all things DISNEY!!
Jana has been working in the dental field since 1992 and joined Howell Orthodontics in 2020. You will see her smiling face as you enter our door, ready to answer any insurance question you throw at her. Jana loves camping with her hubby and spending time with her ten grandbabies. She also enjoys biking, paddle boarding, and gardening. Not many people have a love story like Jana’s: she and her hubby met in first grade and were high school sweethearts!
As our most-tenured assistant, Ali has loved growing up with our Howell Orthodontics family since 2011! In that time, she’s raised her own family as well and now has five grandchildren! She loves everything that has to do with her celebrity husband, Chris, and their family. Ali hates snakes, but loves hiking. She loves the Oregon Coast, trampoline parks, natural hot springs, and laughing! Ali has one little quirk: any time she hikes past a patch of snow, she HAS to make a tiny snowman!
Kayleigh has been with the Howell Ortho team since May 2024 and she absolutely loves it; she even calls us her second family! Before settling in with us, she excelled in her dental classes and never shied away from the hard stuff. She is a skillful orthodontic assistant and is one of the most generous, smiley people you will ever meet. In her free time, she loves spending time with family and friends outdoors and at concerts! Kayleigh played softball for an impressive twelve years and has been to seven states while traveling with her teams!
Maddie joined the Howell Orthodontics team in July 2020 and loves being one of our ortho assistants. Born and raised in Idaho, she’s developed a love for the outdoors, especially during the summer months. She’s married and a proud mom of two boys, so you’ll often find her fly fishing, enjoying nature, or spending quality time with her family in her free time. After seeing her mom work as an orthodontic assistant for over two decades, Maddie is proud to follow in her mother’s footsteps, and she is no doubt making her mom proud, too!
Kennedy has worked with Howell Orthodontics since 2016, taking a little time off in the middle for her three beautiful, sassy daughters. She is one of our knowledgeable, hard-working assistants and is always willing to do anything asked of her. Kennedy loves making art, reading, listening to music, going to the gym, and hanging out with her family. She is unexpectedly funny and so fun to be around! Don’t be surprised if she bursts out in song- she has a beautiful singing voice and can play instruments by ear!
Lily was hired to be an orthodontic assistant in October 2024 after coming in for her own free consultation! She is one of the fastest learners we’ve trained and she loves her job! She is especially empathetic with her patients because she is also a Howell Orthodontics patient! Lily recently became engaged to the love of her life and is currently planning for her 2026 wedding. Lily is an exceptional artist and she loves horses!
Mallori joined the Howell Orthodontics team in July 2020 and has excelled as an orthodontic assistant. She’s a hard and fast worker known around the office as the Energizer Bunny! In her spare time, Mallori enjoys hiking and being outdoors. She has nine siblings so being out in solitude is her favorite way to unwind and be in nature.
Becca started her career in orthodontics back in 2021. She joined our Howell team in January 2025 after moving back to Idaho from Oklahoma. Becca is one of the kindest people you will ever meet. She loves to read and hike (but not at the same time!), and she has a soft spot for all animals. She recently rescued a turtle from the middle of the highway and named it Medusa!
Angie joined our team in March 2021. She is one of our most patient-adored assistants and is a great example of attentiveness and skill. She is the mother of four remarkable kiddos and is married to the love of her life. Angie loves camping, hiking, and archery. She also enjoys crafts, sewing, and nail art—ask her how many shades of polish she owns! Angie defies the laws of nature and wakes up early enough to do 5:00 am CrossFit 3 days a week!
